A crucial part of any design project is the construction. As Project managers, we will oversee the build out process to be sure the Project is built according to the plans and specification outlined in the Construction Documents. We will advise on payment schedules and when to make specific payments, to be sure it aligns with the work performed as outlined in the Agreement between client and contractor.

Building is a human endeavor, and as such, there will always be changes or additions to the original plan. As Project Mangers, we will advise to the cost and aesthetic value of any change.
