Founded in 1994 by architectural designer Michael Beirne, who brings over 40 years of design experience from a multitude of disciplines, as a boutique multi-disciplinary design group, Arcaseum offers a full schedule of Architectural, Interior Architecture and Project Management services, which has produced a number of outstanding residential designed and built projects over the years.
What we do
From our office in Soho, NYC, Arcaseum approaches each new project with a combination of exceptional design experience and integrity while applying the most cost-efficient methodologies for all our clients. We will work with you from the get-go; from looking at potential sites or existing spaces through the overall design and rigorous permitting processes, to managing the build out and obtaining all requisite sign offs.
Our guiding philosophy is simple: “Every client is our most important client.”
Our primary focus is upscale residential work in the Northeast Markets, including; renovations of existing residential spaces in New York City and new construction of single and multifamily homes in New York and New England.
